If you got a quote elsewhere, I highly recommend that you have Gold River for a second opinion. My mom’s AC went out right when it was pushing over 100 degrees out. I called a local place and they were able to come out right away. They told me that to get it working I definitely needed to spend at least $6k replacing AC components and that I ought to also spend another $1.8k on the heating components, while I’m at it. Before scheduling the work, my dad gave me Gold River’s number. I had Rusty out and within a couple hours, he had the AC working like a champ. $6,000 vs. $200 = easy choice. That was over a year ago. The AC is still going strong.
